Sonia Kashuk Monochrome Eye Quads: Textured Taupe & Textured Cocoa

I have a bad habit of strolling by the makeup section whenever I'm at Target. When I saw these Sonia Kashuk Monochrome eyeshadow quads, I was intrigued immediately. I bought the Textured Taupe quad first and liked it so much, I went back to purchase Textured Cocoa. I'm so blown away, I'm tempted to get the other two quads to complete my collection.

I like the sleek matte black packaging. The magnetic closure is strong and secure enough to throw in a makeup bag without worrying that it would open up and be exposed to other products.

Textured Cocoa

Each quad comes in not only a variation of a certain shade, but different textures as well: matte, semi-matte with a hint of shimmer, metallic, and sparkly glitter.

These shadows are super soft, pigmented, and blend like butter! However, if you own a lot of eyeshadows, you probably already own something similar in your collection. I really like the texture of these eyeshadows though.

I was a little iffy about the price ($13.69 each), but these babies have proven to be quite a steal! I absolutely adore these quads and would highly recommend checking them out if you're into these kinds of shades.

Wet N Wild Pop Art Craze Collection

Hey Beauties! Once again, I am behind on my posts. They're mainly hauls, but I'll try to get some reviews up ASAP.

I was so excited to find these limited edition WnW trios at my local Walgreens a couple of weeks ago. I ended up snagging all of them, but would only recommend 3 out of the 6 I purchased.

Your 15 Minutes Aren't Up
The yellow goes on too powdery for me. However, the purple and hot pink blends beautifully.

A Regular at the Factory
One of the trios I would recommend. This trio practically screams summer!

Hard Being the It Girl
The eyelid color reminds me of Brulee.

There's A Party
The trio I'm most disappointed with. The shadows are powdery and difficult to blend.

I'm Seeing Triples!
Recommended Trio. Love the shades!

To Muse and Carouse
Recommended Trio. The most wearable trio from the collection, I think.

Overall, I think WnW did a great job with this collection. For only $2.99 a pop, these trios are definitely a steal!

Have you purchased anything from this collection? What are you thoughts?
